At the moment I’m getting really interested in the topic of health and so I’ve been doing a lot of searching around online looking for ways to get healthy and lose weight. After reading a lot about how milk really isn’t that good for you I decided to try and look for alternative sources as I really love milk but don’t so much like what I’ve been reading about it. Rice milk was ok but watery, soy milk has that nasty after soy after taste and oat milk is kind of like the water you get when making porride. Almond milk looked like a good thing to try so I have been using that lately and I kind of like the taste of it but it doesn’t taste like milk!
I add Ganoderma to my almond milk as I like the healing properties that Ganoderma has. I’ve got to admit i do feel better since I have started eating and drinking better.
